Parcel explosion in Vietnam injures at least 2

A parcel exploded in Vietnam's capital Hanoi on Saturday morning, injuring at least two local youths, Vietnam News Agency reported.

A young man was seen opening a parcel in the form of a gift box on a pavement in Hoang Mai district when the parcel exploded, the agency quoted witnesses as reporting.

His arm was bleeding while a nearby young man's neck was stuck with small sharp objects, according to the witnesses.

The cause of the incident was being investigated, the agency reported.
