Over a dozen injured as blast hits polling center in S. Afghanistan

Over a dozen people were wounded as a blast hit a polling center in the southern city of Kandahar on Saturday, reported Xinhua citing an official.

The voting began on Saturday with over 9 million Afghans registered to vote amid fears of violence.
