China allocates 420m yuan to support flood, drought relief

China has earmarked 420 million yuan ($61.82 million) of disaster relief funds to support flood or drought relief work.

The emergency funds, allocated by the Ministry of Finance and Ministry of Emergency Management on Thursday, will be used to support relief efforts in 15 provincial-level regions.
