Charlotte Church reveals she has lost her baby

Charlotte Church has announced on Twitter that she has lost her unborn baby.

The singer said that she and her partner Jonathan Powell were grieving together as a family.

She wrote: "Charlotte and Jonny are very sad to announce that they lost their baby.

"Now is a time for grieving and being together as a family.

"We kindly ask everyone to respect that peace."

Last month, Church revealed on stage that she was expecting her third child.

The baby was thought to have been due in November.

Church, 31, has two other children from her previous relationship with Gavin Henson: nine-year-old Ruby and eight-year-old Dexter.
