Four people injured in school knife attack in Russia

At least four people, including three children, were injured in a knife attack carried out by a student at a school Wednesday morning in the Republic of Bashkortostan in Russia, RT reported.

The alleged attacker is believed to be a 17-year-old student, who also attempted to set fire to the school.

"According to our information, four injured people, including three children, were transported to a hospital in Sterlitamak,” the health ministry confirmed.

Police and medics have arrived at the scene.
