Moscow proposes dialogue with Washington on strategic stability

Moscow has proposed to engage in dialogue with Washington on strategic stability, Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Sergei Ryabkov said on Tuesday.

Ryabkov said that the arms control system is in crisis, and Russia has proposed to the Biden administration to launch a dialogue on the search for ways to solve the existing problems.
