China's top political advisory body concludes annual session

The closing meeting of the third session of the 13th National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC), the top political advisory body, is being held in Beijing on Wednesday.

Xi Jinping and other Chinese leaders are attending the closing meeting at the Great Hall of the People.

This year's session started on May 21, after a two-month-plus delay due to the coronavirus pandemic.
