Qiao Xue is an inheritor of the Qiao Family's leather craft, an intangible cultural heritage. At the end of 2017, Qiao set up a women's poverty alleviation workshop in a village where she worked as a trainer and taught women how to make leather goods. She promoted the goods live on Douyin, Chinese version of TikTok, to help the local workers.
