South Korea reports lowest daily tally in three weeks

South Korea has reported 168 new coronavirus cases, the lowest daily tally in three weeks. It comes after the country tightened social distancing rules to blunt a second wave of infections. The number of daily cases has been hovering below 200 over the past three days after surpassing 440 late last week.
