U.S. House passes $1.9 trillion COVID-19 relief bill, Biden to sign

The United States House of Representatives on Wednesday passed the Senate's version of the sweeping $1.9 trillion coronavirus relief package.

The bill will be sent to President Joe Biden's desk for his signature.
