The coronavirus pandemic has led to big shifts in the way people do their jobs. It's also prompted a wave of early retirements.

Since March,analysis showsnearly three million workers between the ages of 55 and 70 have left the U.S.workforce, far more than after the start of the Great Recession that began in 2007.
