Xi Jinping speaks at plenary session of China's top disciplinary body

The 19th Central Commission for Discipline Inspection (CCDI) of the Communist Party of China (CPC), China's top disciplinary body, started its fifth plenary session on Friday.

Chinese President Xi Jinping, also general secretary of the CPC Central Committee and chairman of the Central Military Commission, delivered a speech at the meeting.
