Albania, Germany to enhance cooperation

During his meeting with the visiting Deputy Chairman of German Parliament Johannes Singhammer, Bushati expressed gratitude for the support Germany has granted Albania.

Bushati and Singhammer discussed steps and reforms the Albanian government should take towards the opening of negotiation for membership after it had received the EU candidate status last June.

Singhammer said that it is the high time that Albania seized the chances, highlighting that Albania has the role of the stability anchor in the region.
