Two new companies received their certificates of registration at the Administration of China-Belarus industrial park Great Stone last Wednesday, becoming the first residents registered in 2018.

One of the two companies, "Composite Structures" is planning to build a research and production center that will use composite materials for engineering and manufacturing purposes between 2018 and 2022.

The project will use the equipment and technology of German company Dieffenbacher System-Automation GmbH, and cost 220 million euros (around 264 million US dollars).

The other is a firm involved in film coatings technology for vehicles, which plans to start producing lighting solutions for automobiles using the technology of China's Lanzhou High-Tech Company Dacheng. The investment volume for the project will be about 12 million US dollars.

The newest addition brought the total number of residents in the industrial park to 25 companies.
