China's industrial output falls 13.5 pct as virus hurts activities

China's value-added industrial output, an important economic indicator, fell 13.5 percent year on year in the first two months of 2020 as the novel coronavirus outbreak hurt activities, data from the National Bureau of Statistics showed Monday.
