Zambia, Tanzania's Zanzibar receive COVID-19 vaccines donated by China

The Chinese government has donated various medical equipment and supplies to African countries in the fight against COVID-19. Recently, Zambia and Tanzania's Zanzibar have received COVID-19 vaccines and syringes donated by China.
