Police in the eastern Chinese city of Hangzhou, capital of Zhejiang Province, have confirmed that they have filed a request with the People's Procuratorate to officially request a 34-year-old woman being held on suspicion of arson and larceny.
The woman, identified only as Mo, is accused of setting fire to her employer’s apartment killing a woman and three children.
A fire broke out at a luxury apartment in Hangzhou at around 5:00 a.m. local time last Thursday.
The blaze was soon extinguished but four residents discovered by fire crews died later in hospital.
