Each year, the San Francisco’s Chinatownholdsthe largest Chinese New Year Parade outside of Asia.

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, that won’t be happening this year.

But in part three of his Chinatown series, CGTN looks at some special artists working to make sure celebrating the Year of theOxcarries on.
