Vietnam's COVID-19 cases increase to 245

Vietnam's Ministry of Health on Monday evening confirmed four new cases of COVID-19 infection, bringing the total confirmed cases in the country to 245.

The four new cases, all Vietnamese, include three females recently returning from abroad and a male related to the Hanoi-based Bach Mai Hospital, which is in connection with a number of infections, according to the ministry.

Vietnam has 3,154 suspected cases with over 67,000 being monitored and quarantined as of Monday evening, and 95 patients have recovered with no deaths recorded so far, according to the health ministry.
