The number of COVID-19 cases in India has risen to 21, after 15 Italian tourists tested positive on Wednesday, said media reports.

An emergency meeting is going on in the country's Health Ministry to take stock of the situation.

The country's Health Minister Harsh Vardhan is scheduled to brief the media after the meeting concludes.
