From standing up in the era of Mao Zedong to becoming rich in the era of Deng Xiaoping to becoming strong in the era of Xi Jinping, the Communist Party of China (CPC) has faced various internal and external challenges in different historical cycles. However, its original mission has remained the same, which is to eradicate the country's poverty and weakness, lead the Chinese people to a better life, and contribute to the community with a shared future for humanity. This is the ultimate Chinese dream. The report of the 20th CPC National Congress summarizes three major achievements implemented by Xi Jinping during his ten years in office: first, the inauguration of the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China; second, the implementation of socialism with Chinese characteristics for a new era, the elimination of poverty and the building of a prosperous society. The new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics is the historical stage that the CPC will go through in the long run in the future. In the future, the main task of the CPC is to unite and lead the people of all ethnic groups in the country to build a strong, modern socialist country that achieves the goal of the second millennium and comprehensively promotes the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation with Chinese-style modernization.

The second centennial goal of the CPC. In 2021, the CPC announced the completion of its first goal, i.e. the all-round construction of a moderately prosperous society during the 100th anniversary of the Party's founding, which is also regarded as the most important achievement of Xi Jinping's ten-year reign. The second goal is divided into two parts, one is social modernization by 2035 and the other is building an advanced socialist country by the middle of this century, which coincides with the centenary of the founding of the People’s Republic of China

In the future, international events will continue to bring new challenges, regional conflicts will continue, the global ecological environment will continue to deteriorate, the energy crisis will continue to spread, there will be bottlenecks in supply chains, there will be the rise of liberal popular movements, the rise of protectionism, the sudden appearance and mutation of epidemics. The intensification of contradictions from traditional and non-traditional conflicts may lead to political and military confrontations and poses the greatest external challenge to China's stability and development. China will stick to its own development path and pursue a diversified domestic strategy. Of course, these challenges also bring opportunities for China's development. The ideal model for the future world order will be the realization of a multipolar world that will bring stability and peace to all mankind. Therefore, focusing on research and development in the fields of advanced transistors and artificial intelligence will contribute to the rapid development and promotion of industries and competitive advantages. The 20th CPC National Congress will set strong policies and guidelines for China's next comprehensive development. All aspects of independent technological innovation, modernization, research and development, and human resource training are the cornerstones of China's future, which will lead to economic growth and development.

The 20th CPC National Congress has set itself the goal of achieving social modernization by 2035. In doing so, the next five years will be a critical period for building a modernized socialist country in all fields. The establishment and gradual improvement of China's rise on the world stage depends not only on the implementation of its strategic domestic policies, but also to a large extent on its successful international engagement. At the international level, China's rise and transformation into a world power also requires the country to take responsibility and actively participate in the creation of the new international order. It can be said that the promotion of a stable international order is seen as an important proof and symbol of the success of a great power. Building a new order is a strategic and diplomatic issue that any rising power must address together with other powers. With China's rise, China must further open its country to the international community and participate in reshaping the world order, as well as further modernization with Chinese characteristics that will rejuvenate the Chinese nation. China will strive together with the world community to achieve world peace and the community of destiny.

Xi Jinping's report at the opening of the 20th CPC National Congress and the new strategy for governance will become an important new textbook to be carefully studied by the international political, academic and economic circles. This will lead to a better understanding of the future development goals of socialism with Chinese characteristics in China. We sincerely hope that the new Chinese-style modernization will accelerate the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation and that the "Chinese Dream" will be realized at an early date with the efforts and contributions of all citizens under the leadership of Xi Jinping. This is the most desirable goal for the entire Chinese people.
