Xi signs presidential decree on prevention of juvenile delinquency

Chinese President Xi Jinping on Saturday signed a presidential decree stating that the revision to the Law on the Prevention of Juvenile Delinquency had been adopted during the 24th session of the Standing Committee of the 13th National People's Congress. The revised law will take effect on June 1, 2021.
