Struggling Grizzlies lose eighth straight game in NBA

The misery remained for the Memphis Grizzlies as the team dropped its eighth straight game on Sunday after a 98-88 loss to the Brooklyn Nets.

"I do not know the why, and I'm so frustrated," Grizzlies center Marc Gasol said of the game. He just played 27 minutes and scored 18 points.

Tyreke Evans scored 18 points and Chandler Parsons had 12 points for the Grizzlies.

While the Grizzlies were struggling, the Nets were celebrating for snapping a three-game losing streak.

DeMarre Carroll scored a season-high 24 points and Trevor Booker added 16 points and 11 rebounds. Joe Harris finished with 13 points for the Nets.
