Israel reported 94 new coronavirus cases on Thursday, bringing the total number in the country to 14,592, the health ministry said.
The death toll from COVID-19 increased from 189 to 191, while the cases in serious condition decreased from 141 to 136, according to the ministry.
It is worth noting that an 86-year-old man, who recovered from coronavirus on April 17, is currently in serious condition and ventilated, according to a statement by Poriya Hospital.
He was taken to hospital on Wednesday evening and then tested positive again and admitted to the COVID-19 ward, the statement said.
Meanwhile, the total number of recoveries in Israel has risen to 5,334, after 119 new ones were added.
