Food bank demand still high despite pandemic restrictions loosening

Food banks in the U.S. saw a surge in demand when the first coronavirus restrictions arrived last spring and forced millions of people out of work. The U.S. economy is now starting to recover but demand at food banks has barely dropped off in some parts of the country.
