Hong Kong reported six additional confirmed COVID-19 cases on Wednesday, taking the total number to 91 as of 8:00 p.m. local time, according to the latest figure provided by Hong Kong's Centre for Health Protection (CHP).

The six new confirmed cases involved a 21-year-old woman and her 16-year-old brother who were passengers from the virus-hit cruise ship Diamond Princess, and a 29-year-old domestic worker whose employer had been diagnosed with the virus on Tuesday.

The rest three cases include a 49-year-old woman, a man aged 80 whose wife had been diagnosed, and a 26-year-old man. All three patients linked to a temple in North Point, Hong Kong Island.

Up to now a total of 10 confirmed cases have a connection with the temple. Head of the CHP's Communicable Disease Branch Chuang Shuk-kwan said at a daily press briefing on Wednesday that the CHP had contacted more than 200 people who visited the temple, and 32 visitors have now been sent to quarantine centers, while others are under medical surveillance.
