Bangladesh PM Hasina arrives in Kathmandu

KATHMANDU, Aug 30 (APD) – Prime Minister of Bangladesh Sheikh Hasina has arrived in Kathmandu on Thursday morning to take part in the fourth summit of Bay of Bengal Initiative for Multi-Sectoral Technical and Economic Cooperation (BIMSTEC) scheduled for August 30-31.

Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Defense, Ishwor Pokhrel received the Bangladeshi PM at the VVIP lounge of Tribhuvan International Airport (TIA). On the occasion, a contingent of Nepal Army presented a guard of honor to her.
