Hulk will leave Chinese Super League side Shanghai SIPG when his contract expires at the end of this year, according to Brazilian media reports.

SHANGHAI, July 15 (Xinhua) -- Shanghai SIPG striker Hulk is to leave the Chinese Super League side when his contract expires this winter, Brazilian media reported on Wednesday.

"My contract will end in December, and I have already informed the club that I will not renew it. I have a lot of offers from several countries, including top European clubs participating in the Champions League, as well as from Brazil," Hulk said.

"Money is not a priority for me. I take my time, listen to my agents, and have time to think about where I will be better off. In December, I will be free, but what will happen next is not clear yet," the Brazilian added.

The 33-year-old former Brazilian international played for Porto and Zenit St. Petersburg before joining Shanghai SIPG in July 2016.

He was named in the CSL All-Star squad in 2017 and helped the club win their first ever CSL title in 2018. ■
