Chinese President Xi Jinping's keynote speech at the opening ceremony of the Boao Forum for Asia on Tuesday has been well-received by world leaders for its open tone and support to globalization and equitable development that will benefit everyone.
Reactions have been overwhelmingly positive. Many praised China's efforts to reform its markets, and expressed belief that the leadership's determination to further open up will benefit the whole world.
The US President Donald Trump on Tuesday praised the "kind words" of President Xi, and foresaw "great progress" in their cooperation.

I think President Xi Jinping's speech is worth studying for us. It can be seen as an overall principle in promoting our social development. The value it delivers can be applied not only to the development of a single region or a single nation, but also to the development of the whole world. In his speech, Mr. Xi gave us some particular examples about how to deepen social reforms such as opening the markets of service, finance, and insurance, as well as seeking more cooperation in such fields as automobile manufacturing, aeronautical manufacturing and ship-building.
