Vietnam reports no new COVID-19 cases in community in 14 days

Vietnam recorded no new cases of COVID-19 infection in the community on Thursday morning, the 14th day in a row, Vietnam News Agency reported Thursday.

The country has confirmed 270 COVID-19 cases so far, as its most recent case was detected on April 24 and the latest case in the community was reported on April 16.

A total of 219 patients have been cured as of Thursday morning, while there are 443 suspected cases and over 34,000 people are under quarantined, with no deaths from the disease reported so far, according to its health ministry.
