An on-going photo exhibition - Photo Beijing 2013, has attracted the participation of hundreds of photographers from across the world.

During the photography week, there will be exhibitions with more than 30 themes... all free to the public...

Works of professional photographers from 15 countries went on display.

A highlight... those by young, imaginative photographers.

"In this exhibition, there are more pieces from young artists. Those from art school students takes up a relatively big portion of the show. And there is more exploration of new concepts and new ways of expression."

Award-winning advertising photographer, Clint Clemes says he was very impressed.

"I haven't seen all of the pieces in the show yet. But I am deeply impressed, at the time when I stepped in. To name some pieces, these works behind me from Sally Mann are quite impressing."

With more photography agencies and professionals coming to Beijing, the organizers hope Photo Beijing will help to build the cultural impression of the capital.
