Russia's Kuril Islands to get a special tax treatment: Putin

A tax treatment for business will be created on the Kuril Islands, in eastern Russia, which will be tax free for 10 years, Russian President VladimirPutinannounced on Friday at the Eastern Economic Forum in Vladivostok.
