Flooding, debris stall search-and-rescue efforts in Ida’s aftermath

Despite weakening to a tropical storm, Ida has ravaged Louisiana and Mississippi, leaving millions without electricity, and contributing to at least four deaths. Even though hundreds of people have been rescued, search-and-rescue crews are still struggling to reach the hardest-hit areas.
