The 'scars' of the earth under a blanket of snow

In the eastern region of the Inner Mongolian Autonomou Regions in north China, volcanoes are a common sight, but it's rare to see over 30 volcanoes in the grassland because most of them are covered beneath the forest. Chahar volcano group in Ulan Chab is now blanketed in snow, resembling the surface of the moon.
