Ecuador's Arauz claims victory in Sunday's presidential election

Ecuadorean presidential candidate Andres Arauz said on Sunday he had won the day's presidential election, beating his nearest rival Guillermo Lasso by a two-to-one margin.

Arauz did not say whether he had enough votes to avoid a runoff.
