BEIJING, June 25 (Xinhua) -- China released a circular Thursday requiring reducing unnecessary personnel movement in medium- and high-risk regions and avoiding gatherings of people.
People in medium- and high-risk regions should hold certificates or green health codes that can prove negative nucleic acid testing results for cross-region trips, said the circular issued by the State Council joint prevention and control mechanism against COVID-19.
Free and well-organized movement for people in low-risk regions will be allowed in the premise of having a green health code, a normal body temperature and personal protection, the circular said, adding that people from low-risk regions should avoid visiting medium- and high-risk regions if not necessary.
Other improper restrictions beyond the regularized containment measures should be rectified immediately, it said. ■
