On March 31, a donation ceremony of anti-epidemic materials including 4500 COVID-19 test kits coordinated by the Mongolian chamber of Commerce and Industry Representative Office of China was held at the Mongolian embassy in China.

Before the ceremony, A. Batzul, commercial counselor of the Mongolian embassy in China, made a presentation on the current epidemic situation of Mongolia and expressed gratitude to the Chinese side, as well as to Beijing Core Technology Co., Ltd., the company which offered test kits. “Mongolia is now short of medical, health and epidemic prevention materials. The Chinese government and people offer help in time, contributing to the epidemic prevention in Mongolia,” said Batzul.

Wu Houjian, chief consultant of the Mongolian chamber of Commerce and Industry Representative Office of China said, “In the most severe and difficult period of China's anti-epidemic situation, President Khaltmaa Battulga took the lead in visiting China and donated 30,000 sheep. The test kit donation fully embodies the long-standing friendship between the two countries. It also reflects a traditional Chinese saying 'give it a peach, return it a plum'.”

The test kits will be sent to the Ministry of Health of Mongolia and used for the virus detection and screening for Mongolia congressmen.
