Massive crowds were seen in South London Saturday, as revelers gathered for the GALA festival, an independent music festival taking place in Peckham Rye Park.

England’s recent move to phase four of its reopeningremoved most COVID-19 restrictions, including limits on the size of gatherings and the requirement to social distance.
