Nineteen including soldiers injured in Sri Lanka bus fire

COLOMBO, Feb. 21 (APD) -- At least 19 people sustained injuries after a bus caught fire in Diyatalawa in Sri Lanka early Wednesday morning.

The Army said that among those injured are 12 soldiers.

The Police said the bus caught fire following a minor explosion in the town located in the Sri Lankan hills.

The injured were admitted to the Diyatalawa Hospital.

Investigations have been launched to determine the cause of the fire.
