NOC hikes prices of petro products

KATHMANDU, Aug 20 (APD) – The Nepal Oil Corporation (NOC) has hiked the prices of petroleum products on Sunday.

The state-owned NOC has increased Re. 1 per liter in petrol, and Rs 2 in diesel and kerosene prices, respectively. Likewise, the NOC has increased the price of aviation fuel by Rs 4.50 per liter. The price of Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) remains intact. With the new revised rate, the petrol will cost Rs 111 per liter and diesel and kerosene will cost Rs 95. The new rates will come into effect from Monday midnight.
