International inquiry: Police brutality should be treated as crimes

Police brutality in America and the killing of unarmed people of African descent should be investigated as crimes against humanity. That's according to an international inquiry by a dozen leading human rights lawyers from around the world.

They want America to be held accountable under international law, and activists say it's about time.
