Philippines confirms first case, says patient is from Wuhan

The Philippines has confirmed its first case of novel coronavirus. The Department of Health announced that a 38-year-old female Chinese national who traveled to the Philippines from Wuhan via Hong Kong tested positive for the virus on January 30. She arrived in the country on January 21.
