The first smells and sounds of spring

The smells of spring are a compound of subtle scents. It is the fragrant smell of flowers and the earthy smell of soil after rain. In Xiaochehe City Wetland Park in southwest China's Guizhou Province, flaming red flowers of Asiatic apple trees are blooming, attracting chirping birds like orange-bellied leafbird, warbling white-eye and fork-tailed sunbird to stop by.
