Do his bit: Cobbler recycles used masks during COVID-19 pandemic

A cobbler from north China's Shanxi Province decided to do his bit to fight against COVID-19 by recycling the masks used by locals. He bought some small items including batteries and shoe creams in exchange for used masks to ensure that the masks be properly disposed of.
