Pakistan’s Prime Minister Imran Khan reached the US on Saturday in an aircraft owned by Saudi Crown Prince Mohammad bin Salman.
A report published in ANI explained that Khan was on a two-day visit to Saudi Arabia from where he was to travel to the US.
The report further said that the Prince urged Prime Minister Khan to use his aircraft as he was his “special guest”. He did not allow Khan to take a commercial flight.
ANI quoted Pakistani news channel Dunya news. Prince Mohammad bin Salman told Khan, “You are our special guest and you would be going to the US on my special aircraft.”
Meanwhile, Pakistan’s Foreign Minister Shah Mehmood Qureshi informed, “Prime Minister Imran Khan has reached the US. The seven-day visit is aimed at drawing the attention of the world towards what is happening in Kashmir.”
Khan will be addressing the United Nations General Assembly on September 27 in New York. He will also bee meeting US President Donald Trump during his stay in the US.
