National Zoo reopens to the public on Friday

After closing for much of the last year due to the coronavirus pandemic, the National Zoo in the U.S. capital finally reopened Friday.

The Smithsonian Institution, which runs the National Zoo, is also reopening its world-famous art galleries and museums this month.

CGTN’s Giles Gibson reports from Washington.
