Hong Kong to quarantine all people from outside starting from Thursday

China's Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR) will quarantine for 14 days all people entering from outside starting midnight Thursday to prevent the spread of the COVID-19, Chief Executive Carrie Lam said on Tuesday.
