DPRK starts military parade to mark anniversary of ruling party

The Democratic People's Republic of Korea (DPRK) kicked off a huge military parade Saturday on Kim II Sung Square in Pyongyang, marking the 70th anniversary of the founding of the ruling Workers' Party of Korea (WPK).

A Communist Party of China (CPC) delegation headed by Liu Yunshan, a member of the Standing Committee of the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee, attends the activity.
