Police taze Black teen with hands up, knee another in the ribs

In videos widely shared online, police were seen violently arresting several Black teens in the U.S. city of Ocean City, Maryland, reportedly while enforcing a vaping ban.

The NAACP has asked for an investigation and the mayor of Ocean City saidthe city police department’s office of professional standards is investigating the incidents.
