TheHongKongObservatorypredictsthetemperaturewillcontinuetofallthroughouttheday,headingtowardafrostyFriday.Thetemperaturetomorrowisexpectedtohit9C,withpatchesofrainhereandthere.

AnastycoldfrontsentWednesday’snoontimetemperatureof23Celsiusintoatailspin,plungingbetweenfourandfivedegreesCelsiusoverafourhourperiod.Thecoldweatherwarningwentupat4pmWednesday.Thegovernmenthastilysetup17temporarysheltersforthehomeless..
